Somewhat Malty, but didn't wait. I bottled anyway, someday I've got to learn a little patience. Tomorow, maybe, I hope to get another carboy. I have a freind at work that brews, that says he siphons the beer out into another container for secondary fermentation. Says that having the beer sit on the scum that results from the many dead bodies of yeast that have floculated effects the flavor.

Beer should be ready to bottle by next week. Can't wait for it to finish so I can try other combos and see how they work out.
