Today was fun. After a long grueling week last week trying to cover all the training support operations for this week I went into PB4T thinking all was right with the world. Of course I failed to remember the most important rule in management. If everything looks bright and cheery one should look behind themselves because chances are there's a train coming from the other direction. Maybe though I was just hoping for the best by denying what may happen. Because unbeknownst to me the phases had been working hard at building me a suprise or two just to keep my life interesting. First off SQT made a couple of changes to their schedule. most of their changes I found out after careful scrutiny to be mostly changes by deleting some ops and adding replacements. However after what seemed like loads of pen and ink changes I had a hard time deciphering what was what. Lastly, was second phase told me that they needed 4 boats to cover a practice bounce dive. This in the end proved the hardest to adjust to. Two boats here and three boats there is easy enough, but with most of my driver scheduled to take their rating exam this week I extremely low on resources.
