I'm spending the evening trying to adjust my clock. My bio' clock that is. I have an operation tomorrow that will extend into the wee our of the morning tomorrow. My shop is involved with Group 3 to help train their personnel in SDV Op's. This is a little outside of our jurisdiction involved with equipment and practice that we aren't use to. Our hour are almost fluid since these people aren't used to working with our personnel and they got the big F.U. from the LOGSUP three days prior to the arrival of this present class. So there wasn't a lot of time available to formulate a working schedule. Most of the time was spent by the command wondering whether or not they could, or wanted to support this endeavor. Unlike most operations I didn't have a week to formulate a plan. It was thrown in my lap on a Wensday to be executed on the following morning. With the amount of khaki involved it was a wonder that anything made it through the grpaevine at all. I spent the week of planning telling people that I would feel safer if I were driving one of our Aluminum Chambered Boats 15 mi off shore rather than a one of our Whalers, which we only use on the island once every quarter.
