I don't normally pay much more than a passing glance at the news. Most of it is just an aggrevation. Especially for one such as I that has an opinion for just about anything, and if I don't give a bit to do the research and I'll tell you what my opinion is. News papers, NPR, most media tends to be one sided. These formats talk at you, if what is being reported seem one sided or over simplified tough it is up to you to do the research. So since whatever comes over the wave lengths are not up for discussion I can only stomache so much before having to come up for air.
However sometimes what is reported can have a bit of entertainment as well. Take how Moussaoui his handling of the thought of rotting behind bars. At first he said he was guilty because he thought would die a grusome death. To die a hero and martyr for his cause, but now that his death will no longer quick and painful but rather long and painful he wants to recant his plea. His excuse? He didn't think the U.S. courts could be fair. Here is a hint if a court refuses to accept your guilty plea chances their on the up and up.
Through the years man in his abject cruelty has come up with a number derogative words to describe certain people to whom it would seem that God had not blessed them with the intelligence he graced upon a jellyfish. It appears that Moussaoui we will have to come up with another descriptive because all the ones we have come up with thus far fails to even come close to describe sharpness of this thumb tack. Parents can sit their kids in front of the television so their children will understand that hate truly kills brain cells.
