Awsome day today. Over the weekend we blew off Master Chief. So at our Weekly meeting The Chiefs let us know their discontent. Of course with seeckts voicing his view, required Damo to put his two cents in. For a year and a half Damo showed up when he felt like it. Showing up at irregular periods to hit us with gems of wisdom that he failed wipe with toilet paper that particular morning. Now there is a Master Chief watching over him and he has to act with even more intensity that he runs his Boatswains Mates. Of course since he still fails to take an active role in what we do on the operation side he still comes off a bit lost. He should do what he been doing up until and leave the job of running his shop to those who care.
Of course mac had to debate the amount of time spent of this SNAFU and asking why a job was such a priority to begin with. Do a care one way or the other for his arguement? In the short, the answer would be no. It is bad form to have two bosses argue before their peole, and a waste of my time. All I wanted to do was nod and agree with their assesments and get the hell out of that office so I could relay to MY crew my discontent, and get the on with my day.
